British Energy forecast to be back in Dec

Market expects to see nukes return in Decemeber.

BE have two plant which according to NGC records suggest that one will return in Wk 48 i.e. at the beginning of December 08 and the other in Week 51 i.e. just before Christmas. This may explain some of the differential between November and December.
