CER's could be limited under the country definitions as described in certain NAPs.

Carbon seems much more secure and less volatile than other markets. This is mainly because utilities have bought a small amount of their requirements, and are not happy to go on pushing the market higher on spurious rumours. Many will be forced to run coal plant less anyway and so demand has droped. The key question on many lips is whether supply will fall as the EU starts ruling on country level submissions as a result of CER allowances per year. read more ...
