As predicted things are pretty quiet. RWE have been wrapped over the knuckles for their calculations associated with applying carbon costs to the market. Being the second largest owner of EUA's it is in their interests to make these numbers quiet large. But anti-trust information coming out suggests that they have sailed close to the wind!
