Power Market thin and lacklustre

Supermodel traders not getting out of bed.

Traders have been moving markets on thin volume with lot sizes decreasing and fewer trading houses making markets. Many of the natural incumbents are flowing volume but not taking positions, because the bid offers are so wide that flowing business will make the desks enough money. The power market gapped to reflect an increase in oil prices as temporary correction to the over selling seen in the last couple of days.

Oil received a boost from lower than expected stock levels (again) and hopes that a US debt deal could be reached.
